Floris Legere is the vital project of Ludovic and Sierra. He is a French agronomist and oenologist established in Spain since 2005, she is a spanish teacher of history and geography.
Together, after several years of wandering, they settled in Zaragoza with their two children and embark on this adventure centered around Sierra's family village : Villarroya de la Sierra.
This village of 600 inhabitants, noteworthy for the red color of its clay, is located on the border between Aragon and Castile and León. Its wine tradition is very old and vines of GARNACHA produce grapes at an altitude between 800 and 1000 meters above sea level
It is this grape variety that Salvador, Sierra's grandfather, planted 50 years ago at a place called La Cañadilla.
