Atractylis
Atractylis is a powerful, fruity, with woody touches.
This is a monovarietal wine of Syrah.
The harvest is manual, in box of 16 kg or 250 kg bins. The grape selection in the vineyard is essential.
In the cellar the harvest is destemmed but not crushed.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine passed directly in French oak barrels in order to realize malolactic fermentation.
The barrel aging lasts between 12 and 15 months.
This wine is bottled without having undergone any treatment of clarification, filtration and stabilization.
This last feature explains the possible occurrence of sediment in the bottle. This sediment has no negative influence on the quality of the wine.
